CLARF Schools Bioscience Skills Support Service (SBSSSS)Program

Senior Five Biology students participate in a Bioscience Skills Workshop conducted by CLARF on 28th March 2026 at the school science block. The highly impactful training enhanced learners’ practical competencies in laboratory safety, handling of biological materials, and exposure to modern bioscience practices. The program was delivered by the Central Laboratory Animal Research Facility (CLARF), a Makerere University–based center under COVAB and supported by the Science, Technology and Innovation Secretariat (STI-OP), dedicated to advancing pre-clinical research and laboratory animal science in Uganda.
